Rockford Memorial Hospital and Wesley Willows are proud to present the Active Aging series of educational topics for your healthy life. Active Aging presentations will be offered the first Thursday of every month. The events, held at 4142 Johns Farm Road in the Town Center of Wesley Willows, are free and the public is welcome to attend.
The series continues on Thursday, February 4 at 4 p.m. with a discussion entitled "New Options for the Treatment of Varicose Vein Disease." Do you suffer from swelling, fatigue, muscle cramping, itching, and skin color changes in your legs? Those symptoms may be a sign of medical vein disease. Join Tracy Brito, M.D., vein specialist at the InnovaMed Vein Clinic, which is now located within the Vascular Center at the Perryville Clinic. She will discuss new options for better diagnosis and minimally invasive treatment options for varicose veins that will help you resume your healthy life.
