This class is for parents and their infants between 1 to 6 months old. Infant massage is a program of nurturing touch that promotes the physical and emotional well-being of babies. It offers many benefits including encouraging secure attachments and helping families understand their baby’s unique cues. Other benefits of massage include reducing baby’s stress and irritability, relieving gas and constipation, and enhancing weight gain and overall development.
