Rockford Health System is the regional leader in surgery, with more than 12,000 inpatient and outpatient procedures performed at Rockford Memorial Hospital each year. That experience translates into the top orthopedic surgery program in the region.

Rockford Health System enjoys strong relationships with Orthopedic Associates of Northern Illinois (OANI), Rockford Orthopedic Associates (ROA) and the Rockford Spine Center, the region’s three leading orthopedic surgery groups.

Orthopedic surgeons on the Rockford Health System medical staff offer a wide variety of specialties including neck and spine surgery, arthroscopic and minimally-invasive surgery, sports medicine, hand and shoulder surgery, joint replacement and orthopedic trauma surgery.

Two surgical suites specially designed for orthopedic procedures provide surgeons and patients with the latest in state-of-the-art equipment and technology. These suites allow surgeons to perform everything from simple procedures to the most complex joint replacement surgeries.
