Ear, Nose, and Throat

Our ear, nose, and throat (ENT) department offers many unique services for patients with head and neck conditions, including allergies, snoring, or sinus disease.

Allergy Drops

By taking drops instead of getting shots, some patients with allergies can build tolerance and manage symptoms—with fewer visits to the doctor.

For some patients, a simple in-office procedure called the Coblation Snoring Procedure can reduce snoring.

Balloon Sinuplasty

For patients who require sinus surgery, our ENT physicians can perform a minimally invasive procedure known as balloon sinuplasty. This procedure allows patients to heal faster and resume normal functions much more quickly than with traditional sinus surgery.

Balloon sinuplasty is often used to treat sinusitis (inflammation of the sinus lining). Sinusitis usually caused by bacterial, viral, and/or microbial infections, or by structural blockages of the sinus opening. If the sinus opening is blocked, mucus may not drain normally, which can lead to sinus infection and inflammation.

Sinusitis symptoms include:

  • Facial pain, pressure, congestion or fullness;
  • Nasal obstruction or blockage
  • Discharge of discolored mucus
  • Discolored post-nasal drainage
  • Loss of the sense of smell
  • Headache
  • Fatigue from the nose
