"Safe Sitter" Classes

The Safe Sitter program is a nationwide, not-for-profit, medically-oriented instructional program designed to train young persons aged 11 to 13 how to be safe baby sitters. The program teaches baby sitters proper childcare skills and how to handle major and minor medical emergencies.

Class Fee: $60

Location
Classes are held in Ingersoll Building, located on the North Rockton Campus [map].

Safe Sitter is a 14-hour, two-day course. It runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days and will be held on the following dates in 2015:

  • March 30 & 31 (Classrooms 1 & 2)
  • June 8 & 9 (Classrooms 1 & 2)
  • Jun 22 & 23 (Classrooms 1 & 2)
  • July 17 & 18 (Classrooms 4, 5, & 6)
  • July 30 & 31 (Classrooms 1 & 2)
  • August 7 & 8 (Classrooms 1 & 2)
  • December 29 & 30 (Classrooms 3 & 4)
