Advance Directives
An advance directive is a legal document that informs your health care providers  your wishes about your healthcare and  authorizes another person to make healthcare decisions for you if you are unable to make informed healthcare decisions for yourself.

Clinical Ethics Consultation
Ethics consultation is a service provided to assist the patient, family, health care providers or other involved parties to address uncertainty or conflict regarding  issues that emerge in healthcare.

Financial Assistance and Discount Program
Mercyhealth Hospital-Rockton Avenue provides healthcare regardless of the patient’s ability to pay for such care.

Honor Your Caregiver at Mercyhealth Hospital-Rockton Avenue
If you experienced exceptional care by a physician, nurse, therapist, social worker or other hospital employee, please take a moment to recognize that person with an “Honor Your Caregiver” gift to the Mercyhealth Foundation. 

Insurance Coverage

Interpreter Services
When an individual does not  speak or understand the predominate language, English, Mercyhealth will provide interpreters  to ensure that  the patient and/or their legal representative are able to effectively communicate with the health care provider/s and understand their medical condition and treatment options.
