Rockford Health System recognizes the importance of diversity in the local health care work force. RHS worked with the hospital auxiliary to create the scholarship program in 2008 to encourage minority nursing students in their education. While these scholarships do not require employment at Rockford Health System, we hope these future nurses will choose to work with our team.
